"Family"

Being part of a family singing group is both wonderful and challenging. In a non-family group, auditions are held to find the right talent, vocal blend, work ethic and chemistry. If necessary, a member can be changed or replaced. In a family group these things are not really a factor. You have what you have and you've got to make the most of it. There can be that "genetic blend" and you can swap parts and massage arrangements to make them fit you better, but the family relationships have to supersede all else. We are first and foremost a family. Loving one another and functioning as a family unit is the most important thing, however, that doesn't mean that musical excellence is not important. We are constantly working to improve both our sound and our presentation in order to give our audiences an unforgettable experience. That's where being a family group has a few advantages. The enormously popular "Sound of Music" that introduced most of us to the Von Trapp Family proved that there is just something special about families singing together. They certainly captured our hearts and imaginations. Like the Von Trapps, we spend much of our spare time together and the time on stage is really a reflection of who we are. We hope and pray that the love we have for one another comes through our music and that it will be inspiring and uplifting to all who hear us. All families have their struggles - including us - but we are convinced that God wants to bless families and He will help us all if we just ask. We are so grateful for the gift of music and sharing it as a family is a joy that is hard to put into words.
